Portraits | non-human animals

I use the term “non-human animals” or “companions” instead of “pets” to emphasize that they are individuals, with their own agencies and to reject their commodification.

A series of portraits created over the years, digitally drawn using brushes that mimic pencils, ink, or watercolor.
